A Quick Guide to Receiving and Sending Bitcoin CoinCentral
Bitcoin - The Currency of the Internet
A community dedicated to Bitcoin, the currency of the Internet. Bitcoin is a distributed, worldwide, decentralized digital money. Bitcoins are issued and managed without any central authority whatsoever: there is no government, company, or bank in charge of Bitcoin. You might be interested in Bitcoin if you like cryptography, distributed peer-to-peer systems, or economics. A large percentage of Bitcoin enthusiasts are libertarians, though people of all political philosophies are welcome.

Is Coingate the only way to send bitcoin payments? The US is not supported :(
Am a complete novice when it comes to payments -- I see that the recommended payment method is Coingate, but it's not supported in the United States. Is there any other method I can use that can get the bitcoin in within the 20 minutes allotted time? Thanks so much!
icloud/iphone hacker wanted - but I will require proof before sending bitcoin payment
I've already been screwed out of btc by two scammers on here, so shame on me. But I'm guessing someone on here may be legit. I have at least 15 accounts I want done, but will do one at a time, so serious hackers only please email me [email protected]. If you're legit, I will keep you VERY busy for the next few months. But like the title says, I will require proof you can get into the account before I send any payment. So know this in advance, or don't bother responding please.
Send Bitcoin payments to any bank via API - Is this possible?
I am looking into paying our overseas suppliers via bitcoin to speed up the process of settling invoices. The issue is that I don't want them to have to deal with bitcoin themselves. My question is - is there an API available that I can use to build my app that will allow me to deposit BTC to any bank account number that I choose? Thanks!
How to automatically send bitcoin payments...safely
I'm looking for some advice on how I could develop a robust+safe way to automatically send multiple bitcoin payments. I'm currently looking into options for sending small payments to many customers for a photo competition (photostack.io) I'm looking to launch. Bitcoins seem to be the best way to send smaller payments to anyone in the world, but if there is a simpler solution for this I'm all ears. First of all, I'm not planning to store any private bitcoin keys on the server. The server will create a report of all the winning entries and send it to me. The report will list users and reward levels. This report will be parsed on an offline machine and the values will be audited i.e totals for the week and validating that the addresses aren't new. (There will probably be a way for users to indicate they want to use a different bc address, but that should be uncommon). So assuming I have a list of bitcoins and associated amounts, what's the simplest solution to do a mass payment. My current solution would be to step through all the payments and use something like Electrum wallet to sign all the transactions, then take those signed transactions onto a live internet connection to send them. Is there any possible security holes in this design, or is it overkill? Most photographers may not actually want bitcoin payments, but for now I want to have at least one workable solution in place to handle the majority of payments.
Hello /bitcoin and I will thank you in advance for any help you many grant to me. I made a purchase earlier today on bitstickers.net (They have great prices) and I bought $6.81 in cryptocurrency stickers after shipping. I was redirected to coinpayments.net where the intuitive design was easy to navigate. I was given 3 hours to submit my payment, which I did, but here is where I fucked up. I had to re index my wallet. And I was still 7 weeks away from everything being synchronized. I sent the Bitcoin to the address provided but the transaction is stated as being offline. Bitcoin was taken out of my wallet though. I go to the website and they still show my stuff as not being purchased. So any thing I could do to figure this out? Did the transaction somehow go through? Should I just contact the company? Thanks again for any help or advice. Have an enjoyable night.
I just sent my Bitcoin payment with Circle. However, I noticed after I sent the payment that I used a different email address to sign up for NFL2GO as I did Circle. My question is, how will NFL2GO know to associate that payment with my account? Is the Bitcoin address unique to everyone? Thanks
